Coretek 360 has retired hardware for organizations across the US for over 25 years. That track record stands behind every job you send us.
R2v3 certified, a RIOS Certified Recycler, NIST 800-88 compliant sanitization, and HIPAA compliant handling your clients can verify.
Hardware with life left in it is tested, refurbished, and resold, and the value recovered is itemized for your client, while every drive is destroyed to standard and documented.
Scheduled pickups, processing, and reporting for each client location run under one schedule and one point of contact, so your team is not chasing them.
AVERASE
“Coretek 360 handles the hardware so our clients don't have to.”

What MSPs, resellers, and platforms ask before they partner with us.
Companies whose clients retire hardware: managed service providers, resellers, and software platforms such as Averase, whose web app tracks devices by serial number. Your clients get Coretek 360's NIST 800-88 data destruction and serialized reporting under your relationship, and you keep the account. We have worked with more than 2,000 companies in over 25 years.
Choose Partner as your reason on the contact form and tell us about the clients you support, where their hardware sits, and how often it is retired. We follow up with a plan that covers scheduled pickups, chain of custody, NIST 800-88 data destruction, and the serialized report your clients receive.
A serialized asset report and a certificate of data destruction for every drive. The report records custody from the pickup at their dock, NIST 800-88 sanitization or shredding, and final disposition for each serial number, so their auditors have documentation that supports HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, or PCI DSS reviews.
Coretek 360 is R2v3 certified and a RIOS Certified Recycler. Media sanitization follows NIST 800-88, and handling is HIPAA compliant. Those four accreditations are the ones we hold, each is current, and your clients' compliance reviewers can check every one before they sign off on the engagement.
Yes. Offices, branches, plants, and data centers can all be retired under one schedule and one point of contact. We serve organizations across the US and in 14+ countries, with scheduled pickups in tracked vehicles and a documented chain of custody from each client dock to our floor.
Yes. The same certified process applies to any organization, from school districts and hospitals to financial firms and data centers. What changes is the regulation your client answers to, such as HIPAA, FERPA, or GLBA, and the serialized report is written to give their auditors what those rules ask for.
No. Coretek 360 runs the pickups from your clients' docks in tracked vehicles, on a one time or recurring schedule, and keeps you informed at each step. Your team scopes the work with the client and stays the point of contact; ours packs, collects, processes, and reports, so the partnership adds a service without adding a job.
Hardware with life left in it is tested, refurbished, and resold through our sales channels after its drives are wiped to NIST 800-88, and the value returned is itemized in the report your client receives, so you can show them what their retired fleet brought back. Equipment past reuse is recycled through R2v3 certified downstream processors.
Tell us about the clients you support and we will plan the pickups, processing, and reporting with you.

How a hospital system retired ePHI laptops and imaging workstations under HIPAA: BAA, chain of custody, verified NIST 800-88 wipes, one certificate per drive.

Coretek was founded in 2001, R2 certified in 2013 and renamed Coretek 360 in 2026. What changed in IT asset disposition in 25 years, and why the name changed.

How a bank retired teller workstations and branch servers with every asset documented from dock to disposition, and value returned, before its GLBA exam.

Six steps to recover resale value from retired IT assets: inventory, NIST 800-88 sanitization, valuation, R2v3 partner selection, logistics and settlement.

What NIST 800-88 Rev. 2 requires: clear, purge and destroy defined, what changed in 2025, SSD and cryptographic erase rules, what a certificate must record.
